CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF (1-29), is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone with four amino-acid substitutions that improve its stability. Without the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), it has a short half-life that mimics the body’s natural GH pulses.
